In this inspirational and interactive presentation, Diane will help you build your "Leadership Shield" upon the base of integrity and the four cornerstones of excellence: Expectations, Encouragement, Empathy and Empowerment. Learn practical steps to take and hear and share your own leadership experiences, too!

About the Presenter
Author of Small Talk, BIG Results: Chit Chat Your Way to Success!, Diane Windingland speaks for organizations that want to help their people have better, more profitable conversations. An engineer by training, Diane has owned several small businesses and has trained business owners and other professionals on how to become better networkers, better presenters and better leaders. As a member of Toastmasters International, she has achieved the organization's highest educational award for public speaking and leadership, Distinguished Toastmaster and is currently the District 6 Public Relations Officer.
